Current Opportunities

If you are interested in addressing and helping with food insecurity in the Jewish community, we encourage you to consider a new short-term role (March-May 2024) with The Ark’s Pantry Team. The selected candidate will help support The Ark’s pantry program, ensure a positive and seamless process for Ark clients, and have substantial interaction with staff, volunteers, case managers, and clients. Reporting to the Food Pantry Manager, this opportunity might also be extended past May.

As a result of our substantial growth and commitment to Jewish values, The Ark is proud and excited to add a part-time ordained Assistant Rabbi position to our well known and highly respected clergy. The position is designed for an individual who embodies Jewish values and has a profound understanding and practice of Halacha, and offers a unique opportunity to work under the mentorship of our Senior Rabbi while engaging in a wide range of rabbinic activities.

The Ark is expanding its team with a Reception Manager to lead our Welcome Center. This key role involves greeting clients, volunteers, and visitors, and managing various clerical tasks. As our organization’s first point of contact, the candidate should offer a warm impression and sincere effort to assist all who visit The Ark. If you excel in customer service, phone etiquette, coordinating schedules, maintaining calendars, and are ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we invite you to apply.
