The Ark is seeking a dedicated Case Manager. Working with a diverse population in our West Rogers Park location, this individual will have exceptional assessment skills, the ability to identify specific needs and to provide intervention as needed. In addition to having a collaborative style, the candidate must have excellent communication skills and provide detailed documentation in Ark’s CMR. This is a full-time position and will report to the Director of Social Services. 

The Ark is seeking a Food Pantry Coordinator to play an integral role in addressing food insecurity within the Jewish community. As a member of the Pantry team, this individual will ensure that each customer has a positive and dignified experience while meeting their needs for nutritious kosher food and essential household items.

The Ark is seeking an energetic and versatile Facilities Assistant, adept at performing routine facility maintenance, upkeep, renovation work and full operational interior and exterior workspaces.

The Ark is currently seeking a full-time energetic, organized, and driven Marketing Associate to support planning and implementing marketing initiatives and communications projects. With an opportunity for professional growth, this candidate should have 1-3 years marketing experience in social media and email marketing. Audiences include clients, donors, volunteers, and community partners. The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing.

The Ark is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and accomplished Chief Financial and Operations Officer to serve as a core member of the leadership team and help guide us through an exciting transformation. We are looking for a strategic leader to help execute on our vision, mission and strategic priorities.

As a key member of a growing, 5-person team, the Grants Manager oversees all of The Ark’s foundation grants (currently, approximately fifty foundations/family foundations), JUF grant programs, and a number of major gift solicitations and renewals that have a formal application and reporting process. Grants currently comprise approximately $2 million of The Ark’s current fundraising for operations. This is a full time position reporting to the Director of Development.
