The Ark is currently seeking a full-time experienced Accounting Manager to support the Chief Financial Administrative Officer (CFAO). Having a strong opportunity for professional growth, this candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills and exceptional aptitude for detail, organization and prioritization with ability to meet all deadlines. Past supervisory experience preferred.

The Ark is currently seeking a full-time energetic, organized, and driven Marketing Associate to support planning and implementing marketing initiatives and communications projects. With an opportunity for professional growth, this candidate should have 1-3 years marketing experience in social media and email marketing. Audiences include clients, donors, volunteers, and community partners. The role will report directly to the Director of Marketing and Communications.

The Ark is seeking a fulltime Program Coordinator to play an integral role in addressing food insecurity and supporting volunteer programs within the Jewish community. As a member of the Pantry and Volunteer Services team, this individual will help ensure that clients and volunteers have a positive experience while providing nutritious food and essential household items to those in need.

The Ark, an iconic social service agency serving Chicagoland’s Jewish community for more than 50 years, is offering an interesting and meaningful Overnight Manager position for our transitional housing facility. This role is on an as needed basis and the individual will perform several duties beginning late afternoon and during the evening. The candidate will be provided with private sleeping arrangements and meals. A short training will be required.
