The Ark is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Development Operations to lead data strategy, day-to-day operations, and reporting and analytics for our Development program. This role will play a critical part in supporting the Ark’s $8.5 million annual fundraising campaign and ongoing major and planned giving efforts. Reporting to the Director of Development, the Senior Manager of Development Operations will lead the development and implementation of key processes and systems, manage donor data, and lead reporting and analytics efforts. Supervising the Manager of Donor Relations and the Development Assistant, this role will ensure seamless operations and best-in-class donor experiences.
