The Case Manager, based in Northbrook, serves as the central hub of client care at The Ark. This role helps individuals and families navigate complex challenges with empathy and skill – developing collaborative care plans, coordinating internal and external supports, and helping clients move toward self-reliance and stability.
The Ark is seeking a part-time, non-exempt, Community Outreach Coordinator (Part Time) to support the Volunteer and Outreach Department in creating and facilitating hands-on, dynamic presentations, educational experiences, and volunteer projects for community groups. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a background in education, camp, community social work, or volunteer coordination.
The Dental Hygienist provides essential preventive care to patients of The Ark’s free dental clinic.
