A special evening with Soil & Soul Farm
to experience the journey from

Farm to Pantry

Tuesday, July 28 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

You are invited to join us for an intimate evening exploring our innovative partnership with the Institute of Soil & Soul. For the past two years, Soil & Soul, a Jewish regenerative farm in Long Grove, has provided thousands of pounds of sustainably-grown, organic fruits and vegetables to Ark clients through our food pantries. Together, we are helping economically vulnerable members of our community access farm-fresh, healthy produce with dignity.

Experience the farm-to-pantry journey through:

  • Guided tours led by Soil & Soul founder Gabriel Gould
  • Seasonal kosher dishes using fresh produce from the farm
  • Panel discussion highlighting the connection between regenerative agriculture, food access, and Jewish values

Tickets are $150. Sponsorships also available.

Empower Our Community

All proceeds from the Farm to Pantry Experience will support The Ark’s Food Security Program, empowering individuals and families across Chicagoland with dignified access to fresh and nutritious kosher food.

If you are unable to attend but would still like to support this important work or any of The Ark’s programs and services serving the Chicagoland Jewish community, we welcome your contribution.
