Clinical Case Manager

This position will report to the Director of Social Services and will have the opportunity to partner across the organization.


  • Provide case management to broad spectrum of individuals seeking short- or long-term assistance 
  • Offer crisis intervention as needed
  • Confidently assess client situations to determine needs and goals
  • Research and advocate for appropriate public assistance resources as needed
  • Ensure all case files and other records comply with policies and that all data is entered in timely manner
  • Deploy strong knowledge of external resources for a variety of issues 


  • Aptitude for detail, organization and prioritization meeting all deadlines 
  • Experience in Salesforce preferred 
  • Knowledge of external resources for variety of situations 


  • Bachelor degree in social work or MSW preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a social service sector 
  • Strong clinical assessment and resolution skill 
  • Sensitive and respectful approach with all clients 
  • Knowledge of Jewish customs and traditions
