I chose to partner with The Ark because my parents volunteered there. It is important to me because I like helping people. I liked volunteering when I was serving the people a Rosh Hashanah meal. I thought it was fun when I was sorting food and other household items for the pantry. I enjoyed meeting people and exploring the building. Volunteering at The Ark is meaningful to me because it helps me appreciate how fortunate I am. This collection drive will help people make sure they have their necessities that many of us take for granted.
