About the Role
The Case Management Support Specialist is an essential member of The Ark’s Social Services team, providing hands-on support to both clients and case managers. In this client-facing role, you’ll assist with everyday service tasks that help ensure clients feel supported and cared for while keeping our operations running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their social services career or making a career change. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and wants to make a difference in a mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Help clients complete forms, applications, and service-related documents
  • Coordinate client food pantry orders and assist with scheduling and requests
  • Enter and maintain accurate client information in databases (Salesforce)
  • Support communication and coordination between departments
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and professional development

What You’ll Bring

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field — or equivalent experience
  • Prior administrative experience in a social service, nonprofit, or customer service setting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience preferred
  • Commitment to empathy, dignity, and cultural humility
